SHIPPING POLICY

Processing & Handling

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. If we experience a high volume of orders or delays beyond our control, we will notify you by email.

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Christus Rex is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and carrier, and may be affected by weather, customs, or carrier delays beyond our control. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees required by their country.

Tracking, Lost & Damaged Packages

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly first. Christus Rex is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at shop.christusrex@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it.
