REFUND POLICY

Eligibility for Refunds

We accept refund requests within 30 days of delivery for items that are:

• Unworn, unused, and unwashed.

• In their original packaging with tags attached.

• Returned with proof of purchase.

Refunds are not available for final sale items, gift cards, or custom-made products.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please email shop.christusrex@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email if your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs & Exceptions

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or an error was made on our part. Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
